Remote Social Media Outreach Specialist (Affiliate Recruitment)

Job Description:
Vibes Patches is a fast-growing wellness brand offering vitamin-infused topical patches that help boost energy, focus, sleep, and calm. We’re expanding our Affiliate Program and looking for a motivated Remote Social Media Outreach Specialist to help us connect with creators, influencers, and engaged users across various social media platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for direct messaging potential partners, leaving thoughtful comments, and engaging with creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms to invite them to join our affiliate program.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates across multiple social media platforms
• Send personalized DMs inviting creators to join the Vibes Patches affiliate program (Example: 1000 DMs per day)
• Comment on relevant videos and posts to build awareness and spark conversation
• Track daily outreach activity and maintain organized records of communication
• Report weekly on engagement metrics, outreach volume, and conversion success
• Stay up to date on trending creators and communities within the wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and related niches
• Perform additional related duties as needed; responsibilities may evolve or expand based on company priorities
- Hours may be increased based on performance

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English and communication skills
Experience using TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Comfortable with outreach, cold messaging, and community engagement
Detail-oriented and able to follow scripts, guidelines, and daily targets
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or social media engagement
