Hiring: Full-Time Instagram DM Appointment Setter (Remote)

About Us
We are a fast-growing marketing and coaching company helping local service-based businesses (barbers, auto shops, home services, gyms, etc.) grow using Instagram ads, content, and coaching systems.
We are now hiring a full-time DM Appointment Setter to handle Instagram conversations and book qualified calls for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing
    •    Replying to inbound leads from Instagram ads (no cold DMs)
    •    Booking qualified appointments for the sales team
    •    Following our proven chat framework while still sounding natural and conversational—not robotic or copy-paste
    •    Tracking leads, follow-ups, and show-up rates
    •    Communicating daily with the team (check-ins, updates, reporting)

What We’re Looking For
You are the right fit if you:
    •    Have strong English skills (perfect written and spoken English is a MUST)
    •    Have experience as a DM Setter, Appointment Setter, or Chat Support with sales elements
    •    Can have real conversations—not just copy-paste scripts
    •    Are coachable, consistent, and able to follow systems
    •    Have good sales skills or understanding of persuasion (big advantage)
    •    Can work full-time in Philippines daytime or nighttime shifts (we can discuss)

Compensation
    •    Monthly Salary: $800–$2,000 USD
    •    Includes base pay + commission per closed deal
    •    Long-term, stable position (previous setters stayed long term—one recently resigned, and we’re now hiring their replacement)
