???? About the Role

Life Threads is a growing digital brand focused on human growth, motivation, and AI-driven content. We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our social media operations — from content creation to scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

You’ll be working inside Go High Level (GHL), helping us plan, format, and upload daily posts, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement across all channels.

???? Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation

Create engaging, on-brand posts using our Life Threads themes (growth, AI, motivation, storytelling).

Use ChatGPT, Canva, and AI tools to repurpose content and design visuals that align with brand colors.

Follow the approved posting CSV format for Go High Level uploads (Time + Content).

Scheduling & Organization

Upload 30 days of content into Go High Level using the bulk scheduler.

Ensure posts are properly categorized by time frame (morning, afternoon, evening) and theme type.

Maintain an organized content library with post ideas, captions, hashtags, and visuals.

Engagement & Community Building

Monitor and reply to comments and messages in the brand’s tone.

Engage with followers daily to build relationships and increase reach.

Track and report engagement metrics weekly.

Admin & Coordination

Assist with project tracking in Asana (marking tasks as complete, updating notes).

Upload and manage assets on Google Drive.

Follow SOPs and workflows accurately with minimal supervision.

???? Required Skills & Tools

Excellent English writing & communication skills

Experience with Go High Level (required)

Strong Canva and ChatGPT skills for creative post generation

Asana or project management experience

Understanding of social media scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics

Familiarity with brand-consistent content creation

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formatting templates

???? Performance Expectations

Schedule 30 days of content per week (3 posts per day: morning, afternoon, evening)

Maintain 100% formatting accuracy for GHL uploads

Complete assigned content and engagement tasks on time

Maintain a positive, creative, solution-oriented attitude

???? Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $400/month + performance bonuses

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, remote)

Timezone: Must be able to coordinate with PST (California) hours
