About the Company & Role
We are a growing US-based home services company specializing in Bathtub Refinishing and Restoration. We provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions for renewing old bathtubs.
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Virtual Assistant / Sales Agent to manage our inbound calls and outbound lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Inbound Calls: Answer all incoming customer calls, explain our refinishing services, and schedule estimates or appointments.
• Outbound Lead Calling: Proactively call "warm" leads (people who requested a quote) to follow up, answer questions, and secure the booking/sale.
• Customer Communication: Provide clear explanations of the refinishing process and pricing.
• Data Entry: Accurately update customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.
MANDATORY Requirements
1. Experience: Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound sales role (preferably serving the US market).
2. Language: Fluent, professional-level English (both written and verbal) is required.
3. Work Schedule (Strict):
• Time Zone: US Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT).
• Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/EDT. Please confirm you can consistently commit to these working hours.
4. Reliability: Stable internet connection, quiet home office setup, and reliable computer equipment.
