Creative Designer / Ad Content Creator (Fashion Brand)

Fay New York is a growing women’s fashion brand offering elegant, modern, and sophisticated clothing for women of all ages. We believe that fashion is more than just what you wear — it is about how it makes you feel.

We are looking for a talented and creative Ad Content Creator who can translate our brand identity into powerful visual content for social media advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fashion, storytelling, and the psychology behind engaging online audiences.

Experience creating high-performing creatives for dropshipping or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and produce photo and video ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Develop visuals that align with Fay New York’s brand identity: feminine, elegant, and contemporary.

Write short and persuasive ad copy that drives conversions.

Create UGC-style content and motion ads that feel authentic and emotional.

Analyze ad performance and continuously test new creative ideas.

Requirements

Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

Previous experience producing creatives for dropshipping or fashion e-commerce stores.

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion advertising trends.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Knowledge of performance-driven creative testing is a plus.
