Full-Time Virtual Assistant, Detail Oriented, English (US CST Hours)

Salary: $600/month (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Philippines Only)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Night Shift PH Time)

Scale Club is a fast-growing digital marketing company that runs lead generation campaigns across multiple traffic platforms. We manage ad campaigns, analyze performance, and communicate directly with clients in the US.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. You’ll work closely with our media operations team to set up campaigns, upload creatives, pull reports, and communicate with clients.

Your Main Responsibilities
Campaign Setup:
Create and configure campaigns inside traffic platforms
Ensure all targeting, URLs, and tracking parameters are accurate.

Reporting & Data Analysis:
Pull daily and weekly performance reports from traffic sources and internal dashboards.
Enter and organize data in Google Sheets/Excel for performance tracking.

Client Messaging & Support:
Communicate with clients via Slack or email with perfect English grammar and tone.
Provide updates on campaign progress and respond promptly to questions.

Process Documentation:
Follow existing SOPs and checklists.
Suggest improvements or automations when possible.

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English (you’ll be messaging US clients)
trong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes
Solid experience with Google Sheets/Excel and online reporting tools
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and backup power
Must be able to work US CST hours (night shift)
Self-starter who communicates well and meets deadlines

Preferred (But Not Required)
Familiarity with Zeeto, lead generation platforms, or tracking tools like Ringba, Everflow, or Voluum
Experience working with US-based marketing or advertising teams
Comfortable with Slack, Telegram, Teams, etc
