Product Manager – Inventory & Supplier Operations (Part-Time | Long-Term)

Hi there!

My name is Nick Karselius, I’m 17 years old and the founder of a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Netherlands.
We sell on ---------- (the Dutch version of Amazon) and have been scaling rapidly:

• 4 months ago: €18,000 revenue/month
• Now: €40,000+ revenue/month

We’ve more than doubled in just 3 months — and we’re only getting started!

I’ve been running this business for 3 years with a strong and dedicated international VA team of 12 amazing people (11 from the Philippines).
We’re growing fast, we reward hard work, and we’re looking for new A-players to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

This role is about keeping our product inventory accurate and suppliers organized.
You’ll make sure we always know which products are in stock, where we can buy them, and that orders are placed correctly with our suppliers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Check stock on TEMU for all our products (currently 11,000+) once per month and mark out-of-stock items.
• Check bestsellers weekly — make sure our top-selling items are always available.
• Place orders with suppliers after a customer orders from us (dropshipping model).
• Find alternatives when a product is out of stock or when better suppliers exist.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm stock, prices, and replacements.
• Track data in Google Sheets — keep records of supplier links, inventory status, and product performance.
• Think ahead — help us find ways to store small stock or improve our sourcing flow.

Who We’re Looking For

• Organized, reliable, and proactive — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told.
• Basic experience with e-commerce or dropshipping (TEMU, AliExpress, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets (you’ll use it daily).
• Part-time availability — around 15 hours per week.
• Detail-oriented and focused — accuracy is key.

You don’t need years of experience. We’ll guide you step-by-step through our process.

Compensation

• Base pay: $1.00 per hour
• Bonuses: You can earn $50–$60 extra per month for good performance (accuracy, reliability, and consistency).
