Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is a leading national US based healthcare company that partners with skilled nursing facilities to meet their individual needs through healthcare innovation, technology, and delivery. We are visionaries in the post-acute care space, designing new care models that enhance efficiency, reduce hospitalizations, and improve clinical outcomes.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PMO (Business Operations) to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role will support delivery of key strategic initiatives across CRC. This role will partner closely with business owners across the company to ensure project timelines, tasks, and reporting are accurate and actionable.

Requirements:
>Native or fluent English (spoken and written); strong professional writing skills
>5+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, coordination, or similar roles
>Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time, with flexibility for some weekends
>Strong:
•Attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to manage many workstreams simultaneously
•Comfort holding stakeholders accountable in a professional, respectful way
>Able to quickly understand and synthesize different initiatives across multiple functions
>Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in an independent work environment

Technical requirements:
>Proficient with Gmail and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
>Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
>Experience with Airtable
>Comfortable using Zoom and Google Meets
>Reliable internet, computer, headset and webcam, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Roles and Responsibilities:
The day to day tasks will be varied, but here are some things you can expect to be asked to accomplish:

>Work directly with the Head of Business Operations and senior leaders to:
•Translate discussions and strategies into clear action items
•Assign owners, set deadlines, and track completion of action items
>Own and maintain CRC’s internal project management platform:
•Keep all initiatives, tasks, and timelines accurate and current
•Monitor next steps and send reminders/follow-ups as needed
•Strategize and enhance project management framework and to support evolving organizational needs
•Optional: creating automations on Make
>Provide centralized visibility:
•Maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports that show what is on track, at risk, or off track
•Provide regular updates of current status to leaders
•Create workflows and dashboards to improve accountability
>Proactively follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to:
•Confirm progress
•Clarify expectations
•Unblock issues and escalate when needed
•Drive adoption of standardized processes through training, documentation, refine management best practices
>Facilitate communication between departments to reduce confusion, overlaps, and delays
>Help standardize PMO processes, including:
•Project intake and scoping
•Refinement of platform
•Recurring status reporting
>Draft clear, concise communications (emails, summaries, recaps) on behalf of Business Operations leadership
>Coordinate key meetings:
•Prepare agendas, materials, and attendees
•Capture decisions and action items
•Ensure follow-through post-meeting

Time Commitment: Full-time; approximately 50 hours/week.
