Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential to grow)
Schedule: Flexible, but requires some overlap with US business hours

Start Date: Immediate

About Us
Pixel Eye Studio is a fast-growing, fully remote WordPress and web design agency based in the United States. We work with nonprofit organizations, ministries, professional service businesses, and mission-driven brands. We value excellent communication, reliability, and attention to detail above all else.

We are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber, not a short contractor. If you’re someone who wants stable work, a supportive team, and room to grow — this may be the right role for you.

---

Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager who will be the main point of communication between our agency and our active clients. Your job is to ensure clients always feel informed, cared for, and confident in the progress of their projects.

This role is NOT customer support only — it includes light project coordination and communication management, but not technical project management.

---

Key Responsibilities
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely replies
• Send weekly update emails to active clients (what’s done, what’s next, what we need from them)
• Attend (or review recordings of) client calls and document next steps
• Track communication, deadlines, and task status in ClickUp
• Provide a weekly project health report (status, risks, next actions, owners)
• Coordinate with our project manager and team when you need answers or approvals
• Ensure ALL hours worked are logged daily in ClickUp (required)

---

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
If you have experience in any of these, it is a big plus but not mandatory:
• Project coordination or project management
• WordPress / Elementor familiarity
• Web design or development experience
• Experience working for a digital agency
• Previous customer success or account management role
• Experience sending client-facing updates or reports

---

Must-Have Requirements
• Excellent written English
• Reliable — no missed shifts, no disappearing
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Internet-savvy and comfortable learning new tools

---

Who This Role Is Perfect For
• Someone who loves client communication and writing clear updates
• Someone who can track details and follow up without being reminded
• Someone who likes improving systems and documentation
• Someone who wants long-term consistent work with friendly leadership
• Someone who is not looking for a temporary side job

---

Who This Role Is NOT For
• Someone who disappears, ghosts, or misses work without notice
• Someone who needs micromanagement or constant reminders
• Someone who jumps between jobs and doesn’t stay long-term
• Someone who is afraid to ask questions or clarify before replying to clients

---

Pay + Schedule
• $6-10 per hour (paid twice a month via Wise)
• 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule but must attend Monday check-ins and send Friday reports
• Raises and increased hours possible after 90-day performance review

---

How to Apply
Do not send a generic application.
To apply, please send the following:

1. A short intro about yourself (2–3 paragraphs)
2. Your experience with client communication or project coordination
3. Your level of familiarity (if any) with WordPress or web projects
4. Your ideal working hours in Eastern Standard time
5. A one-sentence answer: What does good client communication mean to you?
6. Include the word SUCCESS anywhere in your message so we know you read the post

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
