About the Role:
We are a fast-growing French e-commerce training company that seeks a WhatsApp Lead Engagement Specialist to manage and engage qualified leads before their sales calls. The goal is to increase show-up rates, build rapport, and support closers through proactive WhatsApp communication.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and manage WhatsApp groups for booked leads.
Send welcome messages, reminders, and engaging content (videos, testimonials).
Monitor and boost lead engagement to improve attendance.
Coordinate with sales closers and report daily/weekly metrics.
Track group activity and performance (show-up rate, response time, engagement).

Requirements:
Excellent written English & professional WhatsApp experience.
Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented.

Available during French hours (CET/CEST).
Bonus: Experience in sales support, e-commerce, or with French/European clients.
