T Shirt Designer Needed - Full Time Potential

I own a growing t-shirt design business and we are looking to hire another graphic designer. I'm looking for someone who can come up with creative designs based on ideas from other designers. It's important that the designs are unique and NOT a copy of someone else's design.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Original, unique designs only.
2. Some premade royalty free vectors can be used, but I want 90% of your work to be created by you. Any vectors used MUST have a full commercial license. Failure to follow this rule will be grounds for immediate termination.
3. Communication is done through Slack.
4. Should be familiar with Google Docs.
5. I prefer designers who work in Adobe Illustrator.

EXPECTATIONS
I'm looking for a designer who can put out about 40 designs in a 40 hour work week (level 1 and level 2). If you are capable of doing complex designs (level 3), then you will not be expected to do 40 designs per week.

If your designs are very complex, creative, and professional I want to hear from you even if you don't think you can create very many designs in a week.

OTHER INFO
Type of Employment: Half Time to Start, Full Time if Things Go Well
Pay (full time): Negotiable, $500-$800 depending on Skill
