Role Overview
We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer with proven experience in Node.js and React.js, and ideally Next.js, to help develop and maintain high-quality web applications. This is a hands-on role suited for developers who can work independently, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React, and Next.js preferred
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
-Optimize applications for performance and scalability
-Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
-Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
-Debug and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
-Stay up to date with modern development trends and contribute to improving best practices

Requirements
-3–5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js development
-Proficiency in Express.js and Next.js (Next.js experience preferred)
-Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript experience is a plus
-Experience with MySQL and familiarity with relational database design
-Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
-Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth
-Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
-Experience using Git/GitHub for version control
-Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
-Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision
