Virtual Assistant – Tax Overages / Excess Funds

We’re launching a new tax overages (surplus/excess funds) division from scratch. We have the funding, resources, and boots-on-the-ground manpower — we just need an experienced expert to build and run the entire operation with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the full process: finding overages, skip tracing, owner outreach, agreements, and claims.
- Train our team and manage initial cases until they’re independent.
- Handle research, owner contact, and recovery workflows.
- Scale the operation and hit weekly recovery targets.

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in tax overages / surplus funds recovery (you’ve personally closed multiple cases).
- Experience starting or scaling this type of business is a big plus.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can build systems from zero.
- Remote-ready with reliable internet.
