Job Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Sales Assistant to help us find new customers and expand our market reach in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
You will be responsible for researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and assisting with outreach and follow-up activities.

This is a long-term, growth-oriented position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping a company grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and biopharma manufacturers worldwide.
• Find and verify key contacts such as procurement, sourcing, and R&D personnel.
• Build and maintain a lead database using Excel or CRM tools.
• Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to introduce ZBD International and our products.
• Support follow-ups and schedule meetings for the company’s sales director.
• Record all sales activity and progress in a tracking sheet or CRM.
• Assist with quotations, proposals, and presentations when needed.
• Perform market research on competitors, products, and pricing.

Qualifications
• Experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, or B2B sales support.
• Strong research and online sourcing skills (LinkedIn, directories, company websites).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
