Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care & Community Communication Specialist to handle communication with our clients through:

Comments under posts
Social media community chats
This role involves helping customers understand our products, answering questions, guiding them through purchases, and ensuring they feel supported and heard.
You must be empathetic, kind, patient — but also clear, structured, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support (Messenger &
Answer customer questions with warmth, clarity, and patience.
Help clients choose the right products for their needs.
Track common issues and communicate them to the team.
2. Community Engagement
Respond to comments under posts.
Encourage positive and supportive conversation.
Maintain a friendly and safe atmosphere.
3. Problem Solving
Assist customers with access issues, login problems, and purchase questions.
Coordinate with the technical or product team when necessary.
4. Communication Tone & Quality
Maintain a warm, supportive, non-judgmental tone at all times.
Follow conversation frameworks and brand guidelines (training provided).
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (written is most important).
Ability to stay calm and empathetic in messages.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow conversation structure and communicate clearly.
Reliable and consistent availability.
Bonus Skills (Not required, but a plus)
Experience in customer support or community management.
Experience working with parenting, psychology, coaching, or education content.
Ability to handle several chats at once.

What We Offer:
-Competitive Salary: $560/month (based on $2.50/hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours/month with the possibility to work additional hours voluntarily.).
-After a 3-month probation period, the salary increases to $3.00/hour.
