We’re on the hunt for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor, strong visual storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of how to engage and grow audiences across platforms.

Position Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website. You will manage day-to-day operations of our social channels, create and curate visually stunning content, collaborate with our marketing and design teams, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize performance.

This is a creative-meets-analytical role — perfect for someone who can balance innovative ideas with a keen eye for brand consistency and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest that aligns with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and community engagement, ensuring brand voice and visuals are consistent across all platforms.

Create and oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content — including photos, short videos, stories, reels, and pins.

Collaborate with the marketing, photography, and design teams to produce content that highlights our products, seasonal collections, and lifestyle imagery.

Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to keep our content fresh, creative, and competitive.

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and product launches.

Work with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and generate authentic, user-driven content.

Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions, etc.) and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Manage social media advertising (boosted posts, brand awareness campaigns, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team.

Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and stories — building brand loyalty and strong customer relationships.

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, or similar platforms for scheduling, analytics, and content creation.

Stay updated on competitors and industry trends within home décor, interior design, and lifestyle spaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands (preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or home décor industries).

Proven track record of growing engagement and followers across multiple social platforms.

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices, algorithms, and audience behaviors.

Strong skills in content creation — photography, short-form video editing (Reels/TikToks), and copywriting.

Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/video apps.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A passion for interior design, home décor, or lifestyle aesthetics is a strong plus!

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Experience with paid social media campaigns or influencer marketing.

Familiarity with social commerce tools (e.g., Instagram Shops, Pinterest Shopping, TikTok Shop).

Basic photography or videography skills for in-house content creation.

Experience using scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Understanding of brand storytelling and aesthetic curation for a cohesive online presence.
