About the Role
At Roots & Branches, we’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our Product Manager. You’ll be involved in essential tasks to improve and grow our product portfolio. You can think about in-depth competitor research across online marketplaces (Amazon, ---------- ) combined with AI and BI tools. This is a hands-on role with clear SOPs, mentorship, and lots of room to grow.

Roots & Branches is a remote-first e-commerce company building purpose-driven brands in the wellness and ergonomics space. Our portfolio includes:

Ella (orthopedic sleep products)
FITAGE (sports equipment)
Backerz (ergonomic working tools)
Yunioo (baby products)
Fae (sexual wellness)

These products are being sold through Amazon, ---------- and our own webshops. We’re a team of 18 people, and we’re growing fast.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll mainly work closely with our Product Development department, and in the future Supply Chain, Design & Sales. Your main focus will be:

? Help to continuously improve our product range based on market demand and customer data
? Conducting in-depth competitor analyses in various marketplaces
? Support in potential new interesting markets with BI and AI tools
? Deliver actionable reports and insights to our Product Manager for portfolio growth
All tasks are documented in SOPs. What matters most is your mindset: you’re eager to learn, organized, and proactive.

What We’re Looking For
? 1 year plus of remote work experience as a VA or something similar
? You’re young and hungry to learn
? You’re comfortable with digital tools and pick things up quickly
? You’re structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
? You speak and write fluent English
? Bonus: if you are experienced in Market Research, Competition Benchmarking on different marketplaces is a big plus

? Remote, flexible role
? $600–$900 USD/month (freelance agreement)
? Bonus (13th month) in the end of the year based on performance and attitude
