WordPress Developer (with AI Coding Experience)

About the Role:
Crypto Crew University is seeking a WordPress Developer with a strong focus on backend development and automation. This full-time role is ideal for someone who excels at debugging, integrations, and improving workflows while contributing to our website and automation systems.

Responsibilities:
Debug and troubleshoot WordPress code and plugins.
Identify and resolve issues using browser developer tools.
Perform backend tasks, including reviewing and updating integrations.
Create and improve workflows with clear diagrams.
Build and manage simple funnels, landing pages, and forms.
Integrate forms with ActiveCampaign, tags, and automated email sequences.
Update and optimize checkout pages using CartFlows.
Use Google Analytics (GA4) to track and improve performance.

Requirements:
Strong WordPress backend development and debugging skills.
Experience with browser developer tools to identify errors.
Proficiency in WordPress plugins and integrations.
Familiarity with CartFlows for checkout page updates.
Skilled in creating workflows and automation diagrams.
Experience with ActiveCampaign and email automation.
Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for development and workflow efficiency.

Bonus:
Experience with Thrive Suite and WooCommerce.
Understanding of analytics tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
