JOB OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing & Fundraising Manager will lead and execute our online fundraising strategy for the year-end giving season (November–December). This role combines digital advertising, social media content strategy, and campaign management on fundraising platforms such as Benevity and BetterNow, with the goal of maximizing visibility and donations from both individuals and corporate donors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement a short-term digital fundraising campaign strategy (Giving Tuesday, year-end giving, etc.).
Coordinate messaging and creative assets across all channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Benevity, BetterNow, etc.).
Set measurable goals (donations, engagement, impressions, conversions) and monitor performance.

2. Platform Management
Benevity: Present organizational projects effectively to corporate audiences; manage listings, visuals, and descriptions to optimize donations.
BetterNow: Create and update campaign pages; coordinate storytelling and visuals to engage individual donors.

3. Paid Digital Advertising
Manage Google Ads campaigns (grants or paid), focusing on conversion tracking, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Oversee paid social media promotions (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads if applicable).

4. Organic Social Media & Content
Plan, create, and schedule organic posts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that align with fundraising messages and calls-to-action.
Collaborate with the design and communications teams to produce visuals, short videos, and reels that inspire engagement.
Engage with audiences through comments and messages to build community support.

5. Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI, donations raised).
Adjust campaigns weekly based on insights to optimize fundraising outcomes.

6. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with communications, creative, and fundraising teams to ensure unified messaging.
Liaise with platform support (Google, Benevity, BetterNow) for campaign optimization.

experience in digital marketing or fundraising, preferably in the non-profit or advocacy sector.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, and/or Grants)
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Fundraising platforms such as Benevity, BetterNow, or similar.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for donor engagement.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Passion for human rights, social justice, or global advocacy causes.
