Scope & cadence:
- 4 edits/month, 72 hour turnaround per edit, 2 revision rounds
- Weekly delivery is non negotiable (publish ready every Saturday morning US EST)

We work “open to goal”:
- Your goal is 1 finished video per week. If it takes less than 6 hours, great. If it takes more, we optimize the workflow. We pay for results, not hours.
- Hours per week (platform placeholder): 6

Deliverables (each video):
- Clean talking head edit (6–10 min), tight first 5-10 seconds.
- English hard captions, simple motion graphics, basic color + audio cleanup, 4k video delivery
- No thumbnails
- No SEO descriptions. Just video editing.

Tools:
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Google Drive, ---------- for back and forth editing communication

Compensation:
- $500 every 4 weeks for 4 videos
- $50 on time bonus if all 4 ship on schedule
