What You'll Be Doing
Make 400 calls per day (Don’t worry — 80% go to voicemail, and we provide proven scripts to help you succeed)
Prospect and qualify potential B2B leads
Set high-converting appointments for our closing team
Work closely with AEs and gain the experience to become one yourself
Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions
Meet and exceed daily KPIs for outreach, appointments, and conversions
Success Tip: Since most calls go to voicemail, how you perform on the 20% who answer is what really counts. We’ll coach you to make every conversation count.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator
Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics
Coachable, self-driven, and eager to grow into a closer role
Thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
