JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based service brokering company operating across construction, transport, and logistics sectors.

We are looking for a Customer Service & Supplier Liaison to join our fantastic remote operations team.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage existing customer accounts and follow up on leads.
• Liaise with UK-based suppliers to confirm job details, pricing, and delivery times.
• Record all interactions and job data accurately in our CRM.
• Provide daily updates to our team.

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident handling phone calls and managing customers.
• Organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, admin, or logistics preferred.
• Stable internet connection and quiet working environment.

Tools we use:
Slack, HighLevel CRM, and a suite of proprietary software. Paid training provided.

Essential Working hours:
Monday - Friday UK business hours (approx. 8 AM–5 PM UK time)

Optional Working hours:
Saturday - Sunday UK business hours (approx. 8 AM–5 PM UK time)

This is a stable long-term, full-time position for someone who wants to grow with the company.
