We are expanding our creative team to produce world-class visual content that brings our real estate projects to life through graphic designs, animation, storytelling, and AI-driven media.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Animation Artist to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and AI video generation, with a passion for transforming property concepts into compelling visual stories.

This is a full-time position. After hiring and upon demonstrating excellent performance and commitment, the company will sponsor a UAE resident visa for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality graphic designs, animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos for real estate marketing campaigns.

-Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Firefly, Veo 3, Flux, Midjourney, Kling etc.) to enhance creativity and storytelling.
-Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute engaging video and animation content.
-Edit and finalize animation and design outputs optimized for different platforms (social media, website, digital ads, etc.).
-Keep up to date with emerging animation trends, AI video tools, and real estate visualization techniques.
-Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications & Skills

-Proven experience as an Animation Artist, Motion Graphics Designer, and Graphic Designer (minimum 2 years preferred).
-Proficiency in Adobe After Creative Suite, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
-Knowledge or experience in AI video generation tools such as Firefly, Veo 3, Flux, Midjourney, and Kling.
-Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
-Excellent sense of motion, design, composition, and color.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
-Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
-Portfolio link required showcasing graphic designs, animation and motion graphics work.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

-Experience in real estate visualization, and property-related videos.
-Basic understanding of AI compositing and voice/video synthesis tools.
