Mobile App Developer (ios) (for Paper Crafting Products Apps)

We are looking for ios app developer who can develop an app that has similar functionality to Assembly (iOS) app.

I would like to clone Assembly app. The app is developed on iOS, the idea is to clone the app with all major features. I want real work proposals based on the web application.

I will need the free (in-app purchase) and premium versions of the app for both mobile and tablet.

Background:
Altenew serves paper crafters all over the world. We produce photo polymer stamps, ink, dies, and other complementary products for card makers and scrapbook hobbyists. We are looking to develop an app that gives inspirations to card makers and scrapbook hobbyists. We plan to offer special discounts through the app. Additionally, we would like to text our customers with specials and promotions.
