JOB OVERVIEW

1) About Us:
We’re a boutique eCommerce agency working exclusively with Shopify merchants. Our team is small and focused on delivering better results. We work closely, push each other to grow, and take pride in making Shopify stores perform at their best. We offer complete support over the entire Shopify ecosystem and divide our main services into CRO, Design and Development.

2) Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
The Figma Web Designer is the creative and system-oriented person responsible for designing high-performing Shopify and landing pages that look great and convert even better. Your job is to ensure every design we deliver feels consistent, polished, and strategically built for eCommerce performance.

Your key responsibilities are:
- Design Shopify pages (Home, Collection, Product Pages) and custom landing pages with conversion principles in mind

- Build reusable Figma components and scalable design systems (grids, typography, spacing, color, buttons, etc.)

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Strategists to translate briefs and insights into beautiful, high-converting layouts

- Ensure every design is ready for handoff - clean files, clear annotations, and dev-friendly organization


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create and refine wireframes and visual mockups in Figma for new sections, pages, or features
- Maintain and evolve our shared design system for consistency across clients
- Review designs against CRO principles and ensure strong UX flow
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative direction with brand goals and data-backed insights
- Hand off final designs to developers with clear documentation and QA when needed
- Update and improve existing store designs for clarity, hierarchy, and visual impact

Requirements:
- Strong Figma expertise and love organizing things properly (components, libraries, auto-layouts, etc.)
- Have experience designing for Shopify stores and eCommerce brands
- Understand the balance between brand aesthetics and conversion performance
- Care about spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy - pixel-perfect matters to you
- Are curious, structured, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and can explain design decisions to non-designers
- Proactive mindset - you don’t wait for direction; you bring ideas

- Understanding of CRO, funnel logic, and on-site psychology
- Experience collaborating directly with developers
- Experience designing for mobile-first experiences
- Familiarity with eCommerce analytics or A/B testing tools
