Social media experts - video clipping and posting

**We're hiring 3 VAs to manage 300+ social media accounts - 100 each- for a content distribution agency.**
plus a head-va who will be responsible for hiring and managing the rest of the team, for additional monthly income and bonus.

**Your job:**

- Upload 10 videos per day to 100 assigned accounts (1,000 uploads daily)
- Write captions using provided templates
- Add hashtags and edit descriptions
- Post authority comments on viral videos in niche
- Track performance in google sheets (views, engagement, bans)

**Requirements:**

- Fluent english (writing captions, understanding instructions)
- Experience with TikTok/Instagram (personal or professional)
- Comfortable using ---------- , Google Sheets, Telegram
- Reliable internet (you'll be uploading 1GB+ of video daily)
- Can work 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

**Pay:** $500/month ($3.12/hour for 40 hours/week)

**Bonuses:**

- $50 bonus if your accounts hit 5M+ views in a month
- $100 bonus if zero accounts banned in a month
- More bonuses based on more results and potential to grow with the company
