Filipino with M1 Macbook or similar Windows, EASY work

Hi I run an Agency with 25 Filipinos.

I'm looking for a basic video editor. You DON‘T need skills. M1 macbook is enough. Or a similar good Windows laptop/pc. You only need good english!! it is very easy online course cutting. after that you‘ll edit reels and YT videos.
