I’m looking to hire a part-time Google Ads Specialist to help manage a couple of active client campaigns, with the potential to grow into a long-term and full-time role if you’re the right fit.
We’re a small but fast-growing Australian-based digital marketing agency, and we’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced with Google Ads (at least 3 years)
• Reliable, with strong communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven and detail-oriented
• Able to provide daily progress updates until trust is built
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and become a trusted part of the team.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience running Google Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and Remarketing
• Skilled in keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign structure, and conversion optimisation
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across small-to-medium budgets
• Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
• Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) – especially keyword research, on-page SEO, and content planning
• Familiarity Wordpress
• Ability to create simple graphics or ad creatives
• Google Ads Certifications or similar training
