Website & E-Commerce Assistant for Luxury Marble Furniture Brand

Stone & Timber Co. is a high-end marble furniture brand based in Australia, creating bespoke marble and travertine pieces such as coffee tables, consoles, and bedside tables.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and design-savvy Website & E-Commerce Assistant to help maintain, update, and improve our online presence.

This is a long-term, remote role for someone who takes pride in beautiful design, clean presentation, and consistent branding.

Responsibilities

Upload and update new product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing, and marble options).

Maintain and improve website pages (Home, Collections, About, etc.).

Ensure mobile and desktop versions look clean, aligned, and on brand.

Optimise images for fast loading and correct sizing.

Add or adjust enquiry/contact forms.

Manage stock updates and basic site maintenance.

Occasionally assist with small marketing tasks (e.g. adding homepage banners or seasonal collections).

Requirements

Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress (Shopify preferred).

Strong eye for layout, balance, and design consistency.

Basic image editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Knowledge of SEO titles, meta descriptions, and alt text.

Reliable internet connection and excellent English communication skills.

Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a clean, minimal aesthetic.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Highly Valued)

Experience with luxury or furniture brands.

Understanding of product photography, shadows, and visual editing.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Instagram post scheduling.

Work Details

Type: Part-time or full-time (remote)

Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with AEST hours for communication

Rate: ?400–?800 per hour (depending on experience)

Payment: Weekly via Wise or PayPal
