Job Overview:
Hero Global Network LLC is a veteran-owned federal contracting organization operating 11 subsidiary LLCs in construction, janitorial services, compliance, and infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Tier 3 Operations Manager (Integrator) to oversee administrative staff, coordinate document filings, and manage our internal workflow systems (Google Drive, ClickUp, and Sheets).
You’ll work directly with the CEO to launch and run multiple entities while delegating day-to-day tasks to Tier 2 Assistants.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Tier 2 VAs handling LLC filings, EIN applications, and
• Build and maintain our master tracking dashboard in Google Sheets
• Manage the flow of corporate documents and compliance materials for 11 entities
• Coordinate deadlines and reports with our underwriter (bid management training included)
• Host weekly status meetings with the CEO and submit progress reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required)
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in Operations, Executive Assistance, or Project Management
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets skills
• Experience managing teams or VA staff is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, U.S. business environment
