Experienced VA – Squarespace/ or Thinkific | Sales Pages + Backend Support (No Beginners)

I run a healing business that’s growing fast and making a real impact. I’m looking for someone experienced, reliable, and creative—someone who can build landing pages that convert, handle backend systems, and help me move quickly without needing to be managed or trained.

This role is best suited for someone who’s confident in their skills, takes ownership, and genuinely enjoys building systems that help a business grow.

Please only apply if you have experience with the tools below. I won’t be able to train beginners at this time.

What You’ll Do:
• Build high-converting landing pages in Thinkific or Squarespace (let me know which one you use)
• Fix and connect backend systems (payment links, automations, upsells, etc.)
• Support with email automations and launch setup
• Design a mock landing page (based on ---------- /irm-course
) using Canva or as a PDF
• Work independently with fast turnaround (within 24 hours)
• Start with 5 hours/week with potential to grow

Must-Haves:
• Experience in Squarespace and/or Thinkific
• Strong eye for design and persuasive copy (pages must look good and sell)
• Confident with backend setup—payments, course access, automations
• Detail-oriented and reliable—work should be polished and on time
• Able to take initiative and problem-solve without constant input

Pay:
• Starts at $7 AUD/hour paid via Wise
• Bonuses and raises available based on performance and speed
• 2-week review period to assess fit and output
