Appointment Setter for Medical Spa

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the voice of Everglow Miami — connecting with leads who’ve expressed interest in our medical weight loss and skincare programs. Your goal is simple: help qualified prospects schedule their free consultations by providing clear information, answering common questions, and overcoming light objections.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in communication, enjoys structured goals, and wants to grow within a professional U.S.-based healthcare brand.

You’ll report to our Appointment Setter Manager and collaborate with our Miami front-desk team to ensure seamless follow-through from lead ? booking ? consultation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to warm leads generated from our marketing campaigns (no cold calling).

Engage professionally with potential clients, clearly explaining our programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Skincare, Laser).

Handle objections confidently and help clients feel comfortable booking their consultation.

Accurately log every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel) using correct dispositions and notes.

Follow up consistently on no-shows and reschedules to maintain strong show-up rates.

Meet and exceed KPIs — calls per hour, bookings per day, and verified show-up rate.

Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine communication, empathy, and product knowledge.

Expectations & KPIs

Calls per hour: Minimum 30

Bookings per day: Average 3–5 verified consultations

Schedule: 8-hour shifts (core hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time)

Example: Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–8 PM ET

What You’ll Need

Fluent English — clear, neutral accent understandable to a U.S. audience.

Confidence and warmth in speaking — able to guide conversations naturally and build trust quickly.

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or BPO sales (1+ year preferred).

Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset.

Strong attention to detail in CRM data entry (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

Coachability and consistency — we value reliability more than flashiness.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in U.S. healthcare, medspa, or GLP-1 programs.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, RingCentral.

Knowledge of skincare or weight loss products (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide).

Compensation

Base rate: $5/hour USD

Bonus: $5 per verified booked appointment

Average earners: $800–$1,200/month

Top performers: $1,500+/month potential

Pay schedule: Biweekly via PayPal, Wise, or direct transfer

Probationary period: 90 days (performance-based continuation)
