Dolce Academy is a fast-growing beauty education brand based in Australia.
We offer both in-person and online lash and beauty courses designed to empower women to start their own successful beauty businesses.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Canva design skills to help design and format slides for our online training courses.

If you love clean, feminine, and modern design — and enjoy turning written lessons into beautiful, professional slides — this role is for you!

? Responsibilities

Design and format course slides in Canva, following our brand guidelines.

Maintain consistent branding across all modules and lessons.

Work from Google Docs content to create visually engaging, easy-to-follow slides.

Apply subtle background textures and editorial-inspired layouts.

Use Playfair Display (titles) and Montserrat (body) fonts.

Organise and name files correctly in Google Drive.

Communicate through Canva comments and WhatsApp for feedback.

Suggest creative ideas to improve visual flow and student experience.

???? Hours

Approx. 5–10 hours per week to start.

Flexible schedule — work at your own pace as long as deadlines are met.

Potential to increase hours as we expand our courses.

???? Skills & Experience

Strong Canva Pro experience (required).

Understanding of modern, minimal, and feminine design styles.

Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Google Drive.

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

Comfortable receiving direction and following a clear aesthetic.

Bonus: experience with beauty, fashion, or online education brands.
