AI Video Editor / Creator Wanted - 15 hours per week

Job Posting: AI Video Creator & Editor

We’re looking for a creative, technically skilled, and AI-savvy video editor to join our international team (Australia, Germany, Philippines).

You’ll help us produce short-form Facebook and Instagram ads, turning interviews into scroll-stopping reels and creating AI-generated videos that make people double-take. This is a part-time position (10–15 hours/week) to start, with the goal of growing into a full-time role.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

Edit and clean up interview-style videos into tight, engaging reels
Add AI-generated B-roll to talking head clips
Create AI-only UGC-style videos using AI images or avatars with voiceovers
Work from provided scripts
Be available and responsive during Australian business hours

Your profile

You’re experienced with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut—and have your own setup
You’ve created AI videos before and enjoy prompting and generating scenes yourself
You understand pacing, hooks, and what makes a 15–30-second ad convert
You can mix AI visuals, text overlays, and sound effects into cohesive, high-energy videos
You’re reliable, organised, and comfortable collaborating in ClickUp
You love experimenting with new AI tools and finding faster, smarter ways to produce content

Bonus points if

You’ve worked with marketing teams or agencies before
You have a portfolio showing both AI-generated and edited real-footage videos
You’re interested in storytelling and know how to make even simple clips engaging
