Amazon Virtual Assistant (Account Health Management)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (Account Health Management) to join our growing team. This role involves handling scheduled account health operations, performing administrative listing maintenance, and—over time—learning and assisting with more advanced technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor account health, performance notifications, and policy updates across all Amazon marketplaces.
-Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues by opening cases with Amazon (e.g., lost/damaged inventory, overcharged FBA fees, stranded listings, detail page corrections, trademark concerns, etc.).
-Create, update, and manage product variations using flat file uploads.
-Maintain and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
-Request customer reviews for eligible orders.
-Enroll qualified products in the Subscribe & Save (SNL) program.
-Request removal of negative feedback and coordinate with the customer service team for replacements or issue resolution.
-Set up and manage promotions, coupons, and deals to drive sales.
-Export and organize Amazon Monthly & Daily Reports for internal use.
-Provide general support to other departments as needed.

Basic Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant.
-Strong understanding of Amazon policies and account safety best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
-A dependable team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong research skills and attention to detail.
-Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in a similar Account Health or Listing Management role.
-Experience managing listings on eBay and Walmart.
-Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp).
-Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10 (advantageous).
-Experience with other platforms like Shopify or additional marketplaces.
-Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a stable computer setup.
