Shopify Virtual Assistant & Customer Service

Hey!

I am currently scaling an ecommerce store and am averaging >50 orders per day. I am starting to look for a customer service rep to reply to emails regarding shipping delays, product compaints, reccuring subscription charges, and more. You will also be tasked with manually creating and editing some orders on shopify. For this reason, Shopify experience is preferred.

Starting rate will be ~$5-6 USD/hr (4hrs/day), with potential to increase.
