FullTime Editor for AI Movies (1+ Hour Stories) | Daily Volume | $1100/Month

We are creating full length AI generated movies, 1 hour or more in duration—not just static image videos—and we’re seeking a dedicated editor who can bring them to life with cinematic polish and consistency.

The Role:

Edit full AI movie length videos (1+ hour or more each) three times a week.

Use the reference style of the channel Quantum Recap

(and similar) as the benchmark for pacing, mood, transitions, and cinematic feel.

Build a dynamic visual structure: full motion, layered scenes, sound design, voiceover integration, consistent character visuals and settings.

Maintain high quality while working at speed—volume is key.

Be comfortable working from AI generated scripts/stories, integrating motion graphics, animations, voiceover (e.g., via ElevenLabs), and full editing workflows.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing long form videos (1+ hour)—from rough cut to polished final.

Strong narrative sense: definition of “movie feel”, pacing for 1+ hour duration, scene transitions, character build, etc.

Ability to work with AI story scripts, motion graphics, animation (or at least integrate it) and strong voiceover integration.

Skill in visual consistency: characters remain recognizable, settings feel coherent, style stays uniform.

Reliability—full time availability (we’re talking daily/ almost daily output).

Good communication, deadlines, editing system familiarity (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Must be very proficient working with AI

Please Have

Experience with AI animation tools (motion generation, Gen 2, Runway, Pika, etc.).

Familiarity with storytelling for YouTube long form content (story arcs, viewer retention over long duration).

Sound design & music integration experience for a cinematic feel.

Experience with faceless/voice narration channels and editing for retention and flow.

Compensation & Terms:

Pay: $1100/month, depending on experience and speed.

Expectation: a consistent daily workflow editing 1+ hour videos.

Long term role: we’re building a library of AI movies and need steady, reliable production.
