We are seeking a highly competent Senior Offshore Accountant / Corporate Accounting Specialist based in the Philippines to support our Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the setup and registration of Australian entities, including both companies and trusts, covering ASIC agent portal lodgements, ABN/TFN applications, and ATO registrations (GST/PAYG).

• Liaise directly with Australian accountants and clients to clarify transactions, gather source documents, and support year-end compliance reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date records for trust deeds, company constitutions, and ASIC/ATO compliance deadlines.
• Contribute to process standardisation and documentation of accounting procedures to support consistent client delivery.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Xero Accounting Software (required); MYOB or QuickBooks experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ASIC and ATO portals, including company/trust setup, BAS/CTR lodgements, and compliance requirements.
• Capable of preparing adjusting journals, reconciliations, and working papers for Australian accounting standards.
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken) for client communication.
