???? Lead Generation & Messaging Assistant for Cleaning Services (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a U.S.-based cleaning services contracting company that provides Airbnb, residential, and commercial cleaning. We’re looking for a full-time Lead Generation & Messaging Assistant to help us find new cleaning clients and manage online communication.

You will be responsible for generating cleaning job leads, messaging potential clients, and helping us schedule jobs for our subcontractors.

RESPONSABILITIES:
-Find and contact leads for cleaning jobs (Airbnb hosts, homeowners, property managers, and businesses)
-Search for leads on platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, Google Maps, Yelp, Bark, Thumbtack, etc.
-Send outreach messages using provided templates
-Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally
-Keep track of leads, messages, and bookings in spreadsheets or CRM tools
-Assist with scheduling jobs and communicating with our subcontractors
-Perform general administrative and marketing tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
-Good written/verbal English and communication skills
-Strong research and organizational skills
-Fast and reliable internet connection
-Familiarity with Airbnb, Facebook Marketplace, Google Maps, or lead generation tools is a plus
-Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is highly preferred
-Self-motivated and dependable with attention to detail
