I am seeking a proactive and highly organized LinkedIn Sales Executive to support my B2B advisory business.
This is a part-time position (approx. 10-20 hours per week) for a self-starter who can own the entire lead generation support process.
You will be my right hand, managing my LinkedIn presence to build our sales pipeline. There is room to grow in this role as my clients often need help with this area of their business so there would be potential that if we prove this model out, we can introduce you to them.
Core Responsibilities:
*Inbound Inbox Management: Monitoring my LinkedIn inbox daily, responding to all new messages, and identifying qualified prospects from posts, comments, and profile views that visit me via my content.
*Appointment Setting: Engaging with qualified leads (warm and cold) in a professional, text-based conversation to book discovery calls on my calendar.
* List Building & Cleaning: Building targeted prospect lists based on my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other methods. You will be responsible for cleaning and verifying this data.
*LinkedIn Outreach Management: Managing connection request campaigns and sending personalized follow-up sequences.
* CRM & Data Management: Meticulously updating and maintaining our CRM (or Google Sheet) with all lead statuses, conversation notes, and next-step follow-up dates.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
+Exceptional (C1/C2) written and spoken English. You must be able to communicate with executives clearly and professionally.
+Proven, verifiable experience as a LinkedIn VA, Appointment Setter, or Sales Development Rep (SDR).
+Meticulous attention to detail. You must have a system for tracking conversations and ensuring no lead or follow-up is ever missed.
+Based in a North, Central, or South American time zone (e.g., EST, CST, PST) preferred or the ability to work during US-based hours to respond quickly to inbound messages.
+Expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for list building & an ability to demonstrate how you would handle the outbound process (open to recommendations)
+Reliable, proactive, and coachable. You must be a self-starter who owns the follow-up process. I see this as a collaboration so being able to communicate, meet, and improve the campaigns together is a requirement.
