Key Responsibilities
-Answer and route phone calls professionally and promptly
-Schedule and manage meetings on the company calendar
-Support administrative tasks and data entry related to insurance operations
-Assist with follow-ups, document preparation, and
-Coordinate with tea
-Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of client information
Qualifications
-Prior experience in Business P&C or car insurance preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
-Able to work independently and manage time effectively
-Must be available to work Hawaii Standard Time (HST) hours
