Join a supportive NZ-based real estate team

We’re a New Zealand–based real estate company looking for a proactive and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The right person doesn’t just wait for direction, they take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and help us raise the bar with every project. If you’re efficient in Canva and love turning concepts into compelling visuals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
-Design digital and print materials (flyers, posters, signs, magazines, brochures, social media graphics, etc.)
-Develop easy-to-use templates for the sales team
-Collaborate with the team while also taking ownership of projects and suggesting improvements
-Provide design support and creative input across marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
-Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and any other tools necessary to complete your tasks
-A portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility
-Someone who is proactive, approachable, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-Ability to work independently, manage time well, and consistently meet deadlines
-Interest in growing into a long-term, full-time role
-Bonus: Experience working with real estate companies and familiarity with real estate culture, processes, and jargon
