ABOUT US

We are Routia, a driver agency based in Estonia that partners with logistics companies in the United States to recruit and manage professional delivery drivers.

Our current collaboration is a logistics provider in New York City. Drivers we recruit work for the logistics company, picking up packages each morning from our warehouse in Jamaica, Queens, and delivering them across the city.

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for motivated virtual assistants who can help us build our driver network across New York City.



ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us continuously recruit new drivers.

You’ll be responsible for promoting our driver application form across social media, Facebook groups, and online job communities. The position is straightforward and performance-based: the more qualified drivers you bring, the more you can earn.

There will be minimal communication required - once you receive the job details and the Google Form, you’ll be free to work independently at your own pace.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online research, posting, and communicating in written form.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Post our driver job offer and Google Form in relevant Facebook groups, local job boards, and community pages (especially focused on Queens, New York)
• Repost regularly to keep visibility high
• Write short, clear job post descriptions when needed
• Track and report the number of applications received from your postings
• Identify new Facebook groups or online spaces where local drivers may be found
• Update a simple spreadsheet with your daily activity



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills & Qualities:
• Excellent written English
• Good understanding of social media platforms and online posting etiquette
• Responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Organized, with attention to detail
• Basic experience using Google Sheets or Excel

Bonus points if you:
• Already know how to find and post in Facebook job or driver groups
• Have previous experience recruiting or doing lead generation online
