Our new division, TAGSolutions, is developing Back Office Boss — an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates the toughest back-office work for entrepreneurs: contracts, HR, compliance, invoicing, and mediation support.

Job Description:
We’re hiring an AI Software Developer to help build the foundation of our Back Office Boss platform.
You’ll work directly with our U.S.-based CEO and creative team to develop automation workflows, document analyzers, and smart dashboards that simplify everyday business operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop AI-driven features for:
Contract review and analysis
HR document compliance and onboarding automation
Invoice and reporting automation
Mediation and conflict-resolution guidance
Integrate APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or similar) to process text and generate professional business documents.
Design and deploy secure, scalable backend workflows (Python, Node.js, or no-code platforms like n8n).
Work with GoHighLevel, Airtable, or other CRMs for automation and dashboard integration.
Follow agile milestones and version control (GitHub).
Communicate clearly with project leads and deliver updates on time.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Python or Node.js backend development
Working knowledge of OpenAI API or similar large language model integrations
Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom APIs)
Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud deployment (AWS, Render, or DigitalOcean)
Solid English communication and documentation skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience developing SaaS applications
Background or interest in small business operations, contracts, or HR workflows
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and automation builder
Understanding of data privacy and compliance principles (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
UI/UX basics (React, Tailwind, or HTML/CSS)
Work Arrangement:
Remote / Work-from-home
Full-time or Part-time (minimum 25–40 hours/week)
Must overlap at least 3 hours with U.S. Eastern Time for communication
Weekly check-ins via Zoom or Slack
Compensation:
?70,000–?120,000 PHP per month (? $1,200–$2,100 USD/month), depending on skill and experience
Performance bonuses for milestone completion
13th-month pay and paid holidays after 6-month probation
Long-term, stable role with potential for profit-sharing or leadership position
