OFF: Sunday–Tuesday
Pay: Starts at $5.50/hr with Growth Path and increases

At Train Walk Poop, we help dogs (and their humans!) live happier, more balanced lives. We’re a Utah-based dog training, daycare, and boarding company with a growing remote team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role
We’re looking for a well-rounded, experienced Virtual Assistant who can juggle calls, bookings, and team coordination like a pro, all while keeping a smile on your face.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Talking to pet parents about training, daycare, and boarding
- Making outbound calls and answering inbound ones with a friendly, confident tone
- Scheduling appointments and updating reservations
- Keeping our digital systems organized and up to date
- Supporting admin tasks like reports, inventory, or creative content
- Occasionally helping with Canva/CapCut posts or simple video edits
- Coordinating with trainers, techs, and office staff to keep the day running like a well-trained pup

What You Bring
- At least 2 years of full-time VA experience in admin, project, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable handling phone calls and multitasking
- Experienced with tools like:
• GoHighLevel
• ----------
• Google Workspace
• OpenPhone or Quo
• Canva & CapCut
• Woocommerce or similar platforms

Must-Haves
- Timeproof active while working
- Reliable, high-speed internet
- Strong PC/laptop + at least one external monitor (dual preferred!)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Growth Path
- Months 1–3: $5.50/hr (Training & Probation)
- Months 4–6: $6.00/hr (Performance-Ready!)
- After 6 Months: $7.00/hr + annual increases based on performance
