???? Position Overview

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding & Setup Specialist to join our growing remote team.
Your role is to help new clients go live quickly and smoothly by setting up their GoHighLevel sub-accounts, cloning templates, connecting calendars, phone numbers, and automations — and ensuring everything works before handover.

You’ll communicate with clients (mostly tradespeople like plumbers or garage owners) via email and chat, collect their details, and prepare short Loom videos showing the finished setup.

???? Main Responsibilities

Clone GoHighLevel snapshots (Plumber / Garage / Electrician templates).

Update branding (logo, colours, contact info, calendar).

Set up AI voice receptionists and missed-call SMS systems.

Connect Twilio numbers, calendars, and emails.

Test automations, chat widgets, and booking systems.

Prepare Loom videos showing completed setups.

Coordinate with our GHL team (Carl & Cindy) for technical issues.

Track onboarding progress in ClickUp and Google Drive.

?? Requirements

Proven experience using GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, calendars, automations).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Good written and spoken English (UK clients).

Organised, reliable, and self-managed.

Comfortable using Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Loom.

Bonus: Experience setting up Twilio, domains, or AI chat widgets.

???? Compensation

?35,000 – ?45,000/month (approx. £450 – £550/month)

or £5 – £6/hour, depending on experience

Includes a 1-week paid trial before full-time onboarding

???? Work Schedule

Full-time, 8 hours per day

Must be available during 4 PM – 12 AM Philippine time (9 AM – 5 PM UK)

Schedule may be reviewed after the first few months for team balance and sustainability
