Part-Time (trial part-time potential full-time)
Scope: Build and optimize a WordPress affiliate blog using Elementor Pro (Hello theme) on Hostinger.
Core tasks: SSL, backups, security (2FA), LiteSpeed Cache, WebP/lazy-load, Rank Math (titles/meta/schema), GA4 + Search Console + Bing, IndexNow, Theme Builder (header/footer/single/archives), pages (Home, Blog, About, Contact, Resources, Privacy, Terms, Affiliate Disclosure).
Growth & automation: Content formatting/upload, internal links, alt text, FAQ schema; MailerLite 3
Monetization: Apply to 3–5 affiliate programs (Amazon/Impact/CJ/ShareASale/Awin), Pretty Links (no cloak for Amazon), place 5 live affiliate links (Resources + posts + sitewide CTAs).
Reporting: Daily EOD updates; weekly 1-pager; SOPs with Loom walkthroughs.
Employment Terms
Trial (Day 1–30): ?8,500 PHP (~$150) for ~30 hrs/week. Performance & reliability evaluated.
If retained (Part-Time after Day 30): ?11,500 PHP (~$200) / month, ~30 hrs/week.
90-Day Evaluation Window (after trial): If measurable progress (site live, Core Web Vitals pass, content cadence met, reports on time), candidate may be offered Full-Time.
Full-Time Offer (if accepted): Eligible for bonuses and milestone raises tied to traffic, content cadence, and affiliate revenue — and as automations are optimized and growth remains steady, total workload can decrease while compensation increases (the goal is doing more with less manual effort).
Wage/Salary per Month
$150 (first 30 days trial) $200 after trial if retained (part-time).
Full-time, bonuses, and raises considered after the subsequent 90-day evaluation based on results.
