We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our broker support team. Marble Insurance is a Fire and General Insurance Brokerage company based in New Zealand, and we are proud to be part of Australasia’s largest insurance broker network, Steadfast. This is an admin-focused role and not client-facing. You’ll assist with internal processes, policy management, and general administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Support the broker support team with client follow-ups, scheduling, and admin tasks
- Maintain and update insurance policy records via Steadfast Insight Platform - highly preferred experience
- Assist in preparing client documentation
- Has basic accounts/debtors experience but not required
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English and good oral English for communication with the team (no client facing work)
- Experience in AU/NZ insurance preferred
- Familiarity with Steadfast Insight Platform
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy – a typing test may be required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Honest
