About the Role

Harbor Air Conditioning is a fast-growing HVAC company serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule appointments, and help connect customers with our sales and service teams.

What You’ll Do
    •    Call potential customers to schedule appointments for our sales representatives to visit and provide air conditioning estimates.
    •    Answer inbound calls from customers requesting service or repairs and book their appointments promptly.
    •    Enter customer information accurately into our scheduling software (training provided).
    •    Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to provide a positive experience.
    •    Follow up on leads and ensure appointments are confirmed and updated.
    •    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and great customer service.
    •    Receive hands-on training on how to pull HVAC permits for residential and commercial jobs.

What We’re Looking For
    •    Excellent phone and communication skills.
    •    Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers.
    •    Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
    •    Basic computer and typing skills.
    •    Willingness to learn — full training on our booking, CRM, and permit systems is provided.
    •    Experience in customer service, call center, or HVAC/home services is a plus but not required.
