Hello there i am looking for a Virtual Assistant Role: Product Sourcing & Research (Wholesale & Online Arbitrage)
Hours: 4 per day
Focus: Sourcing, validating, and tracking profitable products for Amazon resale

- Strong keyword research skills (reverse lookup, brand targeting, niche discovery)
- Ability to analyze competitors, pricing, reviews, and demand across platforms
- Proficient in calculating ROI, margins, and using tools like Profitl or SellerAmp
- Experience identifying bundle opportunities (multipacks, seasonal kits, value-adds)
???? Wholesale & Online Arbitrage Sourcing
- Skilled in finding and comparing wholesalers, distributors, and clearance deals
- Familiar with deal sites, cashback platforms, and sourcing extensions
- Able to monitor stock levels, restock cycles, and bulk purchase opportunities
???? Data & Workflow Management
- Comfortable updating sourcing tracker- with ASINs, costs, links, and notes
- Maintains daily sourcing logs and flags leads for test buys
- Follows structured routines for sourcing, validation, and reporting
???? Tools & Tech Fluency
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central (listings, fees, compliance)
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Profitl and browser extensions
- Efficient with tab management, shortcuts, and scraping tools
???? Communication & Initiative
- Provides clear daily reports with actionable insights
- Proactively suggests new categories, bundles, or suppliers
- Can draft outreach messages for bulk deals or supplier inquiries
